The Chagrin Valley Jaycees is a membership organization comprised of individuals whose primary purpose is to aid its community. We are a non-profit society and affiliated with the United States Junior Chamber of Commerce. Membership of the Jaycees enjoy personal growth with others of all types of backgrounds, interests and professions.
Community development and service are at the heart of each Jaycee. We strive to be active in our community by supporting programs and projects which benefit our town, our families and our own lives.
The Chagrin Valley Jaycees have been a strong group since its inception in 1956. Among our many sponsored activities are two major projects which almost every resident in our community enjoys;
1.) The Blossom Time Festival
2.) Christmas Lighting of the Village
Other projects include:

- Safety Town
- Scarecrow Stuffing/Octubafest

Funds generated by our activities are annually donated to local charitable and civic organizations; thus, helping to expand and perpetuate community services and programs.
Chagrin Valley Jaycees typically meet on Thursdays at various locations. Meetings focus on upcoming events and themes. Our main objective is to help our community at large. Towards this end, we also strive to have fun.
Other Benefits of being a Jaycee include the opportunity to expand friendship and to network. We offer a place to develop your personal skills and meet similar individuals with similar backgrounds and goals. We help our community and have fun doing it.
